1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for purchased educational guides, frameworks, and learning courses within the following timeframes and conditions:
Digital Products (Guides, Frameworks, Courses)
- Refund window: 14 days from date of purchase
- Eligibility: Refund available if you have not substantially accessed or completed the product materials
- Processing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to original payment method
Consultation Services
- Cancellation window: 48 hours before scheduled session
- Refund window: 14 days if dissatisfied with session quality or service
- No-show: If you miss a scheduled session without 24-hour notice, no refund is available
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Free resources or guides downloaded from our site
- Subscriptions if more than 14 days have elapsed
- Services already delivered in full
- Partially completed courses or frameworks (if substantial access has occurred)
- Consultation fees after the session has been completed
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase:

Include in your request:
- Your name and email address
- Order ID or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Brief reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing
Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, PayPal, etc.). Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current subscription period unless it qualifies under the 14-day refund window.
6. Return of Physical Materials (if any)
If we ship any physical materials as part of your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged. Please contact us for a return address.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
Refunds may be denied if:
- The 14-day window has expired
- You have substantially accessed or completed the product
- You violate our Terms of Use
- The refund request is frivolous or made in bad faith
We reserve the right to investigate refund requests and may require proof of non-use or discontinuation of service.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request escalation to our management team. Send a detailed appeal to info@ecodynam.world within 14 days of our decision. We will respond within 10 working days.
9. Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. If you are a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, you may escalate to alternative dispute resolution or small claims court.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
